Dennis Schroder was not too happy about the way OG Anunoby threw him to the ground during Tuesday night’s scuffle.

Baseball is back and that means the bench-clearing brawls are returning as well. The NBA had its own scuffle of sorts Tuesday night between the Los Angeles Lakers and Toronto Raptors.

The problem emerged when Dennis Schroder fouled OG Anunoby and held onto him after the play. He was clearly holding him up so he wouldn’t fall, but Anunoby pulled out a WWE move and threw Schroder right to the court.

Montrezl Harrell came to his teammate’s defense and ejections followed. Schroder made sure to call out Anunoby following the altercation and also thanked Harrell in the process.

The whole situation was unnecessary and the foul itself was not even that bad.

Anunoby clearly took this the wrong way and received an ejection for what he did. Harrell was also tossed from the game for the simple act of defending his teammate following a body slam.

The Lakers and Raptors are not exactly rivals so this situation should not linger on for too long. The Lakers also took home the win, which is the most important thing of all.

NBA fans who have watched the game for decades are likely laughing at this situation being called a fight at all. But the league doesn’t want guys being slammed to the ground and ejections are always going to follow such a situation.
