WWE WrestleMania 37 night one live results and highlights.

WrestleMania 37 marks a pivotal event for WWE, as it hosts live fans in attendance for the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Each of the two nights for this year’s WrestleMania will feature seven matches and up to 25,000 fans in attendance.

WrestleMania 37 takes place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. It was originally the venue for last year’s WrestleMania event until the pandemic forced a relocation to the crowd-less WWE Performance Center.

The originally scheduled home for WrestleMania 37, SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA, will now host WrestleMania 39 in 2023.

Live results and highlights for night one of WrestleMania 37

The main event of night one of WrestleMania 37 will be a historical one, as Sasha Banks defends the WWE SmackDown women’s championship against Bianca Belair, the winner of the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble match.

It marks just the first time two African-American wrestlers, regardless of gender, will be going one-on-one in a WrestleMania main event. It also marks just the second women’s main event in WrestleMania history, following Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35.

One of the male world title matches, the WWE championship match between Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre, is scheduled to open tonight’s card.
