One Browns receiver is already warning opposing quarterbacks after the team signed Jadeveon Clowney.
The Cleveland Browns were already set to enter 2021 with one of the best pass-rushers in football. Now Myles Garrett gets to pair up with Jadeveon Clowney and opposing offenses lines will have to decide who to double-team. There is no good choice.
It is a fun time to be a Browns fans and the players are likely excited as well. Talent keeps coming to Cleveland and there are real Super Bowl aspirations for the first time in decades. One Browns receiver tweeted out his excitement about the news Wednesday afternoon.

Browns wideout shares excitement about Jadeveon Clowney signing
That graphic of Garrett and Clowney is truly something to behold.
Donovan Peoples-Jones has a right to be excited and he himself remains a potential key player in 2021. The 2020 rookie had 14 receptions for 304 yards and two touchdowns in his debut season. He had a few highlight-reel plays and filled in nicely once Odell Beckham Jr. was lost for the season.
The Browns are having a truly astonishing offseason. Clowney joins a long list of additions that includes John Johnson III, Troy Hill, Malik Jackson and Takkarist McKinley, among several others. And that is all on the defensive side of the ball. The offense appears to be set after a great 2020 season.
Cleveland didn’t necessarily need Clowney. Adding him is a huge bonus and a nice replacement for Olivier Vernon. Clowney is also coming on a relatively cheap one-year deal. The Browns are going all-in this year and players have a right to be excited. Those near the bottom of the roster just have to keep working hard to ensure they end up making the final 53-man group.
