5 breakout stars to watch for Dallas Cowboys in 2021
Which five players could breakout for the Dallas Cowboys in 2021?
Jerry Jones and the team’s front office have done well in constructing the Dallas Cowboys. Done so primarily through the draft, this is one of the better teams in the league when you look at it on paper.
Of course, you don’t win anything based on what the depth chart reads on a piece of printout paper.
Expectations in Dallas are similar to the sentiments that fill in the air in the Bronx around Yankee Stadium. That being one simple word: Win.
Not only win but win championships.
It has been a while since Dallas has secured a Super Bowl win. If Jones wants to celebrate a title in 2021 on that big yacht we saw him sitting in during last year’s NFL Draft, these five players breaking out would surely be beneficial to that cause.
Which Dallas Cowboys players will be breakout stars in 2021?
How do you statistically breakdown an offensive lineman’s game? Well, you really can’t. So, it is somewhat hard to explain why second-year center Tyler Biadasz could breakout and help solidify the center position that was left vacant when five-time Pro Bowler Travis Frederick retired before 2020.
Biadasz was selected in the fourth round of last year’s draft. He played at Wisconsin, which has been somewhat of an offensive lineman pipeline from the collegiate level to the NFL.
During his rookie year, Biadasz played in 12 games and started four. He did not play terribly, but he also was not great. He was what you might have expected from a rookie who was seemingly unexpectedly thrown into action without a lot of reps from limited training camp.
Now, it is a fresh year with more normal circumstances. Biadasz could really find his footing this summer, and he could easily be the team’s number-one center breaking camp.
Recently, it has been the unbelievable play on the offensive line that has propelled the Cowboys into contention. With some players getting older, it is time for new faces to step up on that line for Dallas.
