LeBron James trolls Ohio bar owner who banned NBA games for an absurd reason
By John Buhler
LeBron James clapped back at an Ohio bar owner who refuses to show NBA games at his establishment.
Even if you think you’re owning LeBron James by not showing NBA games at your bar, as it turns out, King James is going to find a way to own you to everyone’s delight on social media.
A Cincinnati bar owner wrote a post on Facebook saying he will not air NBA games in his establishment until James is expelled from the league for being politically active. Even though Cincinnati is more of a college basketball town, there is no gain by banning live sports in a bar. What is even funnier is James hilariously quote-tweeted the MSN article on Saturday afternoon.
It is a shame that James cannot watch his Los Angeles Lakers play and have a beer in Cincinnati.
LeBron James crushes the soul of a bitter NBA-hating Cincinnati bar owner
Given that James is an Ohio native and played for Ohio’s only NBA team (twice), he does carry a lot of clout in the state. While a bar owner is allowed to air whatever he wants on his many televisions at his establishment, one of the greatest basketball players of all time is more than welcome to troll you for looking like a fool in front of everyone. Oh, this bar owner will be big mad.
As James works his way back from injury, the Lakers look to repeat as NBA champions. If James and the rest of the Los Angeles squad get it done later this summer, this will give him a very cool Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan number of rings: five! So even though James cannot have a pint in the finest of Cincinnati establishments, there is a pretty decent chance he will sleep well tonight.
Raise a pint to the best thing you’ve got on the rotating tap to King James for his trolling efforts.
