The Chicago Bears have made quite the move on Thursday night, as they’ve traded up to the No. 11 pick to take Justin Fields.

You knew a big trade was coming in the first round of the NFL Draft, and the Chicago Bears just made it happen. The Bears moved up to the No. 11 overall pick, trading up with the New York Giants.

With that pick, Chicago made quite the decision and selected a quarterback of the future in Ohio State’s Justin Fields. As for New York, they received quite the return from the Bears in the deal.

What did the Bears give up to trade for Justin Fields?

Giants fans surely are ecstatic, as the team indeed received a flurry of picks from Chicago general manager Matt Nagy. As for the Bears, Fields is a huge talent and his dual-threat abilities should be a perfect fit for the NFC North squad.

Chicago, similar to Jacksonville, hasn’t had a franchise quarterback in what feels like forever. While Andy Dalton is still expected to start in 2021 for Chicago, Fields could end up taking over the offense sooner than later. All in all, this feels like a win-win for both teams.
