Packers predictions, Aaron Rodgers
GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN – JANUARY 24: Aaron Rodgers #12 of the Green Bay Packers looks to pass during the NFC Championship game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Lambeau Field on January 24, 2021 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden is nothing if not aggressive.

Gruden jumps at the opportunity to land Rodgers and drop him into an offense that features wide receiver Henry Ruggs III and tight and Darren Waller, beating the division-rival Broncos to the Rodgers punch.

For Las Vegas, the Raiders add a marquee player into an offense that already has plenty of firepower and averaged 27.1 points per game in 2020.

This trade might be most attractive to the Packers because they don’t just acquire a first-round pick in 2021, but three picks in ’22 and ’23, which feature draft classes that coaches and executives feel stronger about than this year’s because of COVID opt outs and a smaller pool of players overall.
