For the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Trevor Lawrence is wearing a suit honoring Clemson, his alma mater.

The 2021 NFL Draft has finally arrived, which means fans will finally found out who their favorite team will select. For Jacksonville Jaguars fans, they have known since the New York Jets’ win over the Los Angeles Rams that they are set to draft Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

On Thursday, Lawrence was not among the live attendees for the first-round of the draft live from Cleveland, Ohio. Even so, he is still dressing for the occasion with an olive suit he designed completed with an interior lined with oranges as a tribute to Clemson, courtesy of INDOCHINO.

You can take a look at Lawrence’s suit in the tweets below, via Marty Smith of ESPN.

INDOCHINO’s press release notes that the choice of oranges may not only be a tribute to his alma mater, but could be paying ode to the state of Florida, where he will be playing at the start of his NFL team. The interior of the suit also contains a monogram reading “2021 NFL Draft” inside his suit.

The custom suiting brand also provided the suits for Lawrence and his groomsmen for his wedding earlier this month.

“We’re thrilled to be helping Trevor look his best for the most important events of his life,” said Drew Green, President & CEO of INDOCHINO, via a press release. “Trevor has the potential to be the biggest NFL star of his generation, with many more memorable days ahead. We’re incredibly excited to see what the future holds.”

Lawrence made a huge impact at Clemson, as he won the National Championship in his freshman season and won all but two games as the starting quarterback. Through his three years at Clemson, Lawrence has thrown for 10,098 yards, 90 touchdowns and 17 interceptions on a 66.6 completion percentage.

While he is slated to join the Jaguars, barring a stunning turn of events, Lawrence wanted to pay tribute to his alma mater on the biggest day of his playing career.
