However, while Brady will go down in history as the best ever, that doesn’t mean he’s perfect. Brady lost the Super Bowl twice, once to the Eagles and once to Eli Manning and the Giants. That 2007 loss to New York still keeps Brady up at night, as it cost him his perfect season.

Brady is still so shook by that loss to the Giants, he admitted this week that he’d easily trade two Super Bowl wins to go back in time and finish off that perfect season back in ’07. No one will forget that Super Bowl, as Manning and New York pulled off a stunner to take down Brady and the New England Patriots.

In that game, David Tyree’s unreal catch made against his helmet set up Manning finding Plaxico Burress in the end zone with 35 seconds left. That score put New York up 17-14, sealing the deal against a shocked Brady and Bill Belichick.

Everything that needed to go New York’s way did in that game. Sometimes luck is on your side, but for New England, it wasn’t. That defeat is still fresh in Brady’s mind. There was no perfect season, and you better believe Giants fans across the country love that Brady clearly hasn’t forgotten about it.
