Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons was dreaming the Cowboys would draft him and his reaction to them doing so is priceless.

When you’re a top NFL Draft prospect, sitting in the waiting room mentally preparing to hear your name get called can most certainly be tough. Just ask Penn State linebacker Micah Parsons about that.

Last week, the stud ‘backer was going through the process, but had high hopes the Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones would come calling and take him with the No. 12 overall pick. Well, that indeed ended up happening and Parsons’ reaction to it is nothing short of incredible.

Parsons was understandably nervous last Thursday night. This was a life-changing moment for him and he had no idea where his career was going to start. However, in the back of his mind, he knew that suiting up for the Cowboys would be amazing.

Parsons even said in the video above that if Dallas was the one to call him, he’d for sure end up crying. As soon as the call came in from Jones, Parsons was overcome with emotion and said, “This is all I’ve ever wanted, man.”

Talk about a special moment for Parsons and his entire family. This is a moment they’ll surely remember forever. Parsons was a stud for James Franklin at Penn State and now he’ll look to make a monster impact for the Cowboys as soon as he gets to Arlington.

He’ll of course have some big expectations once he gets on the field, but Parsons will be jacked up to live up to the hype playing for his favorite team. This is something he’s always wanted.
