The Tampa Bay Rays have won their last two games, and are currently hovering around the .500 mark. Still, this is a team that went to the World Series last season, and despite losing a bunch of talent this offseason, they should be playing much better baseball than they are right now.

It has been a roller coaster of a year for the Cincinnati Reds, who looked so bad during their seven-game losing streak but have bounced back as of late. Still, they are currently behind both Milwaukee and St. Louis in the NL Central and need to start playing more consistent baseball if they want to pass them as we inch closer to the summer months.

The New York Mets are currently in first place in the NL East, but there is a lot to be worried about when it comes to this franchise. They have recently fired hitting coach Chili Davis, and after scratching Jacob deGrom with a side issue, who knows how this team is going to do if they have to put him on IL.

102. . 13-13. Previous: 19th. Los Angeles Angels. 17. team

The Los Angeles Angels are getting another magical season out of Mike Trout, who is showing once again that he is the best there is at the MLB level. Trout is hitting a blistering .410 this season, but the big story may be Shohei Ohtani, who is a modern-day Babe Ruth, dominating at the plate, and on the hill.

team. 8. . 15-13. Previous: 25th. Arizona Diamondbacks. 16

Is there a hotter team in baseball than the Arizona Diamondbacks? A week after jumping up nine spots to No. 16, the Diamondbacks could creep even higher, as they are playing some of the more consistent baseball in the league. Arizona has not lost back-to-back games since mid-April, and have crawled their way out of the cellar in a very tough NL West.

team. 5. . 13-13. Previous: 22nd. Cleveland Guardians. 15

The Cleveland Indians are another team that makes a big jump this week, landing seven spots ahead at No. 15. They have won four of their last five games, have crept back to the .500 mark, and in an AL Central that is going to be a bear this year, they are finally starting to hit their stride.

. 15-13. Previous: 14th. Houston Astros. 14. team. 135

It is going to be a battle in the Bronx this week, as the Houston Astros will head to Yankee Stadium for the first time in front of fans since news of their cheating was announced. You can expect some fireworks, but also some great baseball, as both teams are playing at a high level right now.

14-14. Previous: 18th. New York Yankees. 13. team. 43.

The New York Yankees make another jump forward this week, this after a monster stretch from Aaron Judge, who sat out a few games, and then proceeded to mash two home runs in a single game. When healthy, Judge is playing at an MVP level, but more importantly, Corey Kluber looks like a Cy Young guy again.

90. . 12-12. Previous: 20th. Washington Nationals. 12. team

The Washington Nationals could be poised for a big jump in our rankings next week, as they moved up eight spots this week, and are getting Juan Soto back off the IL. Washington got a great start from Max Scherzer this week, and after sweeping the Marlins, the rest of the NL East has to be put on notice.

Seattle Mariners. 11. team. 62. . 16-13. Previous: 4th

The Seattle Mariners take a big tumble this week, going from our No. 4-ranked team, to outside of the top-10. Seattle struggled on the road this past week, nothing a four-game losing streak in Boston and Houston, but have seemed to right the ship a bit since heading back home.
