The next crop of outstanding Alabama football NFL Draft prospects are lining up to impress pro scouts during the 2022 season.

Alabama football just tied the record for the most first-round draft picks in a single NFL Draft in 2021. They’re definitely not done putting players in the pros.

The 2022 draft will be another opportunity for the Crimson Tide to add to their growing list of all-time draftees and Day 1 picks.

So let’s have a look at some of the names you’ll need to keep an eye on this fall because they might be the next great Alabama pro.

Alabama football prospects for the 2022 NFL Draft

5. Jordan Battle, safety

Battle was a Top 50 recruit in the class of 2019 and he’s quickly justified that ranking. Following a solid freshman season as a contributor, he locked down a spot in the starting lineup in 2020 with 66 tackles, three tackles for loss, four pass breakups and an interception returned for a touchdown. He’ll be one of the key defenders for the Tide this coming season with hopes of pushing for a first-round grade.

4. Christian Harris, inside linebacker

Harris was forged in fire when he landed a starting job as a true freshman in 2019. The game wasn’t too big for him then and he’s only gotten better as he’s gotten older. As a sophomore, he was named a Butkus Award semifinalist with 79 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. All-American honors and national awards await Harris with a strong junior campaign.
