5. Buffalo Bills at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

2021 will be an interesting year for Tampa Bay, which gets to face off with Tom Brady’s old AFC East foes this season. While most of the hype will focus on the Buccaneers’ visit to New England, that game should be a blowout, but Tampa Bay’s matchup with the Buffalo Bills is much more interesting.

The Bills emerged as the new kings of the AFC East in 2020, going 13-3 and advancing all the way to the AFC Championship Game before losing to the Kansas City Chiefs. Josh Allen took a major leap forward and garnered serious MVP consideration thanks to a breakout campaign where he threw for over 4,500 yards with 37 touchdowns against just 10 interceptions.

Buffalo’s trip to Tampa Bay to take on the reigning Super Bowl champs should be a key measuring stick for the Bills to see how they stack up with the NFL’s best team. There is also some serious shootout potential as Buffalo has plenty of weapons for Allen to keep pace with Brady’s unit in this game.

Brady has also had tremendous historical success against the Bills, something that could prove to be a mental advantage for the Buccaneers in this contest. This game should be one of the true highlights of the season and rates as a must-watch for all casual NFL fans.
