It’s win or bust for the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets.

With a 3-1 series lead, the Brooklyn Nets have an opportunity to finish off the Boston Celtics at home in Brooklyn.

Jayson Tatum has been spectacular for the Celtics, but when you’re up against one of the most talented starting lineups in NBA history, it’s not always enough.

Tatum’s historic 50-performance powered Boston to a Game 3 victory, but his 40-point effort did little to stop the Nets from taking Game 4. Kevin Durant looked almost unstoppable, needing just 20 field goal attempts to score 42 points. He finished the game shooting 70 percent from the field and a perfect 11-of-11 from the charity stripe.

Not to be outdone, Kyrie Irving added 39 points of his own to go along with 11 rebounds. James Harden had 23 points and 18 assists. Bruce Brown came off the bench to score 14. Life is good for the Nets, who coasted to a 141-126 win on the road in front of a hostile Boston crowd.

With the series heading back to Brooklyn, the Celtics have their backs against a wall. Can they stay alive in Game 5, or is time to dust off the golf clubs for the offseason?

One way or another, here’s hoping for a close game.
