38. . Wing. Orlando Magic. Cade Cunningham. 3. player

This is fairly simple for the Orlando Magic. Markelle Fultz and Jonathan Isaac are both, hopefully, healthy and back on the court next season. But there’s nothing else on this roster with the potential to coalesce their myriad parts into anything approaching a league-average offense. The Orlando Magic desperately need someone exactly like Cunningham, who can make all their offensive role players better without taking anything off the table defensively.

Cunningham can share creation responsibilities with Fultz, working off the ball and spacing the floor. But he’d also make a terrific pick-and-roll or pick-and-pop combo with Mo Bamba and Isaac, helping make everything easier for this collection of role players none of whom really look like a potential No. 1 on offense. In past drafts, the Magic have certainly had a type, a type that looks a lot like Mobley. But the answer is Cunningham, don’t overthink it.
