After all, it is a federal holiday, and that means that things may or may not be open. After all, you normally wouldn’t get your mail on July 4th, but can you get a burrito? That’s really the heart of the matter, isn’t it?
Well, have some fear, because they are in fact not open on July 4th, meaning if you want to get your dose of daily veggies, beans nad proteins, you’re going to have to find an alternate location to do just that.

Unlike other years, since July 4th is on a Sunday, that means most federal institutions like the post office and banks, are off on July 5th, which is a Monday. So if you’re hoping to get some delicious meaty Chipotle on Monday while on break, or even after work, you may now have some serious doubts about them being open.
Well, now you can have no fear, because Chipotle is in fact opened on July 5th.
Since it’s a private institution, they won’t be affected by the July 5th federal holiday. The only days that Chipotle is closed are New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, of course, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
So keep those days and dates in mind if you end up getting hungry because while Chipotle is usually open, they won’t be on those select holidays.
