A win tomorrow would also move Djokovic one step closer to accomplishing one of tennis’ rare feats: the calendar slam. Having already won the Australian Open and the French Open earlier this year, a win in Wimbledon would leave only the US Open in September. Furthermore, the Serb could add an extra special touch if he were to win the Olympic gold at Tokyo 2021. This is known as a Golden Slam and has only ever been done by one player – male or female – in history (Steffi Graf in 1988).

For Berrettini, it’s an opportunity to both claim his first Grand Slam title and halt progress by one of the sport’s all-time greats.
