The boldness of the Philadelphia 76ers in getting everything they want from the Ben Simmons trade has reached the West Coast after talks with the Golden State Warriors.

Has Philadelphia been going through something? Because that’s the only viable answer for what we are about to go through in this wild ride of an article.

As we know, the 2021 NBA Draft is underway, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that Ben Simmons is looking elsewhere from the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers and Simmons share common ground in wanting a change of scenery, but not without having an absolutely abysmal conversation with the Golden State Warriors first.

Keith Pompey of The Inquirer ran through the list of the previous offers Philly went through, including the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets (for James Harden, no less) and Toronto Raptors.

You have to wonder if they’re just spitballing trade proposals until some gullible team decides to take it.
