LOOK: Justin Fields throws a deep bomb at Bears camp
Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields is already stealing the show at training camp by showcasing his rocket for an arm.
Training camp for the Chicago Bears means that it’s time for rookie Justin Fields to show everyone what he’s made of. Countless eyes are on the stud signal-caller, as the first-round pick is the quarterback of the future for this team.
Fields is wasting no time in letting folks know just how bright his future is in the NFC North. At practice on Tuesday, Fields went ahead and showcased his rocket for an arm, throwing a deep ball down the field that was an absolute dime.

That was damn near a perfect throw by Fields. When was the last time Chicago supporters were able to see one of their quarterbacks sling it like this? After the failed experiment with Mitchell Trubisky, everyone outside of Soldier Field is praying to the football Gods that Fields can live up to the hype.
There’s a reason the Bears traded up in the first round of the NFL Draft to select the former Ohio State superstar. Fields has what it takes to be a true stud in this league, as he can hurt you with either his arm or wheels.
With how fantastic Chicago’s defense has been over the years, it’s always felt like they’ve just been a piece or two away on offense to get themselves over the hump. While it’s completely up in the air who will start at quarterback for the Bears come Week 1, Fields sure is making things tough for head coach Matt Nagy. Andy Dalton and Nick Foles should be worried about things too.
