Michael Thomas’ latest tweet has Saints fans in panic mode

Michael Thomas’ tweets are known to cause a stir and once again, the plot thickens in the Saints v. Thomas feud… or so it seems. 

*exasperated sigh*

Michael Thomas v. The Saints is probably up there in one of the most overhyped feuds next to the Cowboys and whoever they’re playing in the NFC East. The subliminal tweets from the Saints receiver always finds its way into the presses and it could be because we don’t have much football going on other than training camp.

Let’s be honest, it really shouldn’t be. Though the disagreements between Thomas and the Saints as it applies to his physical health has been bombarding headlines, it’s overhyped. No one knows what he’s tweeting about and Saints fans (not me) and media outlets get in a tizzy when he puts said obscurity out to the masses.

But you shouldn’t feed into it. Seriously.

And folks are eating it up per usual. You have to wonder if Thomas knows that folks really gravitate to these tweets because they are so out of the ordinary. Or are they?

They’re really not. As a matter of fact, the consensus is it looks to be song lyrics or some random quote. This is something that he’s done a lot and it gets folks riled up, but honestly, Saints fans can be dramatic (trust me, I know) and just expect to see him suit up by the first week… like, where else could he possibly go?
