2. Paul Millsap

There’s already been some heavy talks of Paul Millsap coming to the Bay to play for the Warriors. The fit just makes sense to fans, critics and casuals alike. Bleacher Report previouslymentioned the potential to get Millsap over to the Dubs, who could offer him the taxpayer Mid-Level Exception (about $5.8 million).

That’s pretty cheap and reasonable, something right up their alley when they’re already spending as much as they are. Honestly, he may be able to outperform what he’s paid, especially when getting close to playoff time. His contributions to the Denver Nuggets last year were not forgotten, though his production is clearly not what it once was.

At the very least, his playoff production was substantial enough to help Denver coast past the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round of the playoffs. This, partnered with Steph Curry and Klay Thompson, could make for a great run one more time in future appearances. But what could be a better option than signing Millsap?
