Kentucky basketball announces dates for Big Blue Madness, Blue-White Game
While everybody had to adjust to life in the age of the coronavirus, we are coming off the worst season of Kentucky basketball in our lifetimes. The perennial NCAA Tournament staple was not even close to making it to the big dance a year ago. However, this is one of the bluest of blue-blood programs and Kentucky has too rich of a tradition to be down for all that long anyway.
What the return of Big Blue Madness and the Blue-White Game signify if a return to normalcy in Kentucky. While there are other strong teams in the SEC footprint, no program has personified southern basketball quite like UK’s. May the Wildcats return in all their splendor and be a reason to get excited about next season outside of what your favorite college hoops team is expected to do.
SEC basketball is only as good as Kentucky allows it to be, and Big Blue Nation drives the program.
