Manchester United preparing to make a run at PSG star Kylian Mbappe?

Manchester United appears to be preparing to make a run at PSG star Kylian Mbappe as he continues to refuse commitment in Paris.
Is Paris about to become the epicenter of seismic shift throughout European football?
As PSG fans continue to celebrate the arrival of Lionel Messi, questions about the future of star Kylian Mbappe remain. The Frenchman continues to play without a long-term commitment to the club and the clock is ticking louder and louder when it comes to getting something done.
Mbappe doesn’t have a deal beyond this season and it’s expected that he’s going to leave PSG during next summer’s transfer window.
That’s music to the ears of fans who pack Old Trafford every Saturday.
With Edinson Cavani rumored to be departing after this season to return to South America and Boca Juniors, ESPN reports that Mbappe is expected to be on Manchester United’s list of players it hopes to replace him with.
Swapping out Cavani for Mbappe is about as perfect as it gets, and that’s still somehow understating the impact adding the French superstar would have.
Harry Kane, Lautaro Martinez, and Erling Haaland are also transfer window targets for Man United, all of whom are megastars in their own right but none are Mbappe.
Any deal for Mbappe wouldn’t happen until next summer, although United is plotting at least one more move before the tranfser window closes at the end of August.
