Where is College GameDay this Saturday and who is the guest picker?
College GameDay will be in Charlotte on Saturday for the Clemson vs. Georgia game from Bank of America Stadium.
College GameDay kicked off last week for the Week 0 games, but it really picks things up on Saturday with what could be the biggest game of the year with Clemson and Georgia playing in Charlotte, NC.
The No. 3 Tigers and No. 5 Bulldogs will play at Bank of America in what holds College Football Playoff implications in Week 1 and will be game fans are talking about the next four months. The loser won’t be eliminated from playoff contention but the winner will have a feather in their cap with the biggest win of the early season.
Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, David Pollack and Lee Corso will make their predictions in the last 10 minutes of the show. Expect a split panel from the hosts.

Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is the site for Week 1.
College GameDay begins at 9:00 a.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN.
Who is the College GameDay guest picker on Saturday?
The College GameDay guest picker has yet to be revealed for Saturday but chances are it’ll be someone with Clemson or Georgia ties and/or someone with ties to the Charlotte area.
Chase Elliott to appear on College GameDay
While he won’t be the guest picker, NASCAR superstar and 2020 cup champion Chase Elliott will film a segment on College GameDay. Elliott is a native of Dawsonville, Georgia so expect him to pick Georgia to pull off the mild upset. His appearance is expected to be in the first hour or so of the show. Elliott will race in Sunday’s playoff opener from Darlington Raceway on Sunday in the Cook Out Southern 500, which is on NBCSN at 6 p.m. ET.
