Dodgers vs Giants MLB live stream reddit for NL West showdown

The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants face off in a battle for NL West supremacy. It’s their final showdown on the season.
Per FanGraphs, entering Opening Day the Giants had just under a six-percent chance to make the playoffs. The Dodgers, meanwhile, had over a 90-percent chance to make the postseason.
Payroll, age and pedigree all played a role in that assessment. But the Giants have surprised all of us to the tune of a .634 winning percentage, with the Dodgers matching them up to this point. Los Angeles loaded up at the trade deadline, adding Max Scherzer and Trea Turner in part to catch San Francisco.
The Padres, meanwhile, are left batting for a Wild Card spot.
These two teams are tied for the NL West lead, of course, but they’ve also split their meetings on the season so far. It’s about as evenly-matched as you can get, so while you’d expect both teams to want to make a statement, the numbers suggest the opposite.
