4. Make Odell Beckham Jr.’s return a disappointment

KC didn’t have to worry about Odell Beckham Jr. in their last meeting. This time, the flashy wide receiver is back from his torn ACL and should be a danger to every defense that faces him.

Then again, the Browns have struggled to figure out the best way to balance OBJ with all their other offensive weapons. He was averaging 53 yards per game before his injury last year. He’ll be out to prove he can be a big impact wide receiver once more.

The Chiefs defense has a tough task accounting for Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt and Jarvis Landry, even without taking Beckham into account.

Charvarius Ward, L’Jarius Sneed and Mike Hughes must have their Ps and Qs in order in the secondary, especially with the safety position thrown into uncertainty thanks to Tyrann Mathieu’s COVID-19 status.

The good news is Sneed looked strong in his rookie season while Ward and Hughes are capable defenders. It’s up to them to make sure Beckham doesn’t go off.
