Chris Herndon, New York Jets

Rostered: 1.2%

Tyler Conklin is the Vikings’ best tight end option for fantasy owners, but Conklin was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice with a hamstring injury. If Conklin ends up missing Sunday’s game, Chris Herndon will emerge as a solid streaming option.

Herndon had 796 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in 25 career games with the Jets. He will have a favorable matchup against the Bengals defense.

Donald Parham, Los Angeles Chargers

Rostered: 0.4%

This sleeper applies to deep leagues only. Donald Parham was a star for the Dallas Renegades of the XFL; he had the third-most receiving yards in the XFL’s 2020 season. He subsequently signed with the Chargers.

In his first season with the Chargers, Parham had 159 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Following the departure of Hunter Henry, the 24-year-old Parham could take on an expanded role behind Jared Cook.

Parham was reportedly a standout during training camp. Last month, Gilbert Manzano of the Orange County Register reported that Parham will have a bigger role this season.

He is an under-the-radar player to monitor over the next few weeks.
