Shortly after the official Twitter account of LSU Football shared their statement on Faulk’s passing, head coach Ed Orgeron reacted to the news in a tweet of his own, saying “her smile and personality will be sorely missed in our building.”

Kevin Faulk played for LSU during his college days before being drafted by the New England Patriots in the second-round of the 1999 NFL Draft. Faulk spent his entire 13-year career with New England, winning three Super Bowl titles with the team. Faulk joined LSU in 2018 as the program’s Director of Player Development before taking the running backs coach job in 2020.

We would like to send out thoughts and prayers to the Faulk family during this difficult time.
