Drew Brees’ new hair gets major compliments from college football fans
By Scott Rogust
College football fans can not get over how great Drew Brees’ hair looks following retirement from the NFL.
After the New Orleans Saints were eliminated in the NFC Divisional Round by Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, quarterback Drew Brees announced his retirement from the NFL following 20 seasons. He had a job in waiting with NBC, serving as an analyst for Football Night in America and a commentator for Notre Dame football games.
On Saturday, Brees was on hand alongside Mike Tirico to call the Fighting Irish’s game against the Purdue Boilermakers. During the game, college football fans still can not get over the restoration of Brees’ hair.

College football fans are not the first ones to the party of noticing Brees’ full head of hair. NFL fans caught a glimpse of Bree’s hair during the 2021 season opener between the Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 9.
As for the game, it must have felt great for Brees to call a gam featuring Purdue, his alma mater. In his four seasons playing for the Boilermakers, Brees threw for 11,792 yards, 90 touchdowns and 45 interceptions on a 61.1 completion percentage.
While there will be many talking about Brees’ performance as a commentator, we can virtually guarantee that most of the discussion on social media will be about Brees’ hair.
