NFL and Ohio State fans are going wild after Urban Meyer’s wife Shelley took to Twitter to post her thoughts on COVID-19. 

Every day on Twitter, we’re seeing countless arguments between folks as to whether or not they should get the COVID-19 vaccine or not. At the same time, there’s still millions out there who think the pandemic is way overblown and it’s not as big of a deal as it’s being made.

So, where does Urban Meyer’s wife Shelley stand on things? In case you woke up this morning wondering her thoughts on the matter, Mrs. Meyer decided to post some thoughts of her own on social media.

Urban Meyer’s wife Shelley didn’t hold back with her thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic

In that thread, things started with Meyer opening up about the nursing shortage going on around the country, with things only being made worse because of the vaccine requirements. This led to a long discussion in Shelley’s mentions.

Someone named Mike Brucato brought up the hundreds and thousands of lives lost during this pandemic, with Shelley replying that the flu could have done the same, and that COVID-19 death numbers are being manipulated.

We’re going to go ahead and let you have your own reactions to what Mrs. Meyer has said. It goes without saying, but there’s a lot of folks out there who not only disagree with her statement, but who also are furious that she posted that message on her Twitter page.

As for Meyer, he and the Jaguars are 0-2 to start the season, with quarterback Trevor Lawrence experiencing some growing pains. Jacksonville will look for its first win of the year on Sunday going up against the Cardinals.
