2. Rondale Moore, Arizona Cardinals

Rondale Moore exploded onto the scene last week, going 7-of-8 for 113 yards and a touchdown. His quickness and knack for getting open is just too good of a match with Kyler Murray’s skillset, and things are only going up from here.

Moore is likely to overtake veteran A.J. Green as the Cardinals surefire WR2, but even then, all four of Arizona’s wideouts can be fantasy relevant at any given moment. I love Moore this week as a decent floor play with game-winning upside. Start him in any format.

1. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Pittsburgh Steelers

JuJu Smith-Schuster has already enjoyed steady play through two weeks, catching 10-of-15 passes for 93 yards and a touchdown. With the health of teammate Diontae Johnson truly up in the air for Week 3, there’s a chance Smith-Schuster gets all the targets he can possibly handle.

I expect Cincinnati to play Pittsburgh competitive and tough this week, meaning the Steelers will have no shortage of offensive opportunities. If Johnson truly sits, expect Smith-Schuster to approach fringe-WR1 volume this week, meaning he’s a great start in any format.
