ESPN’s College GameDay is heading to Athens for No. 8 Arkansas at No. 2 Georgia on Saturday.

In a game that few saw being this high profile heading into the season, ESPN’s College GameDay will be in Athens for Week 5, as the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs host the No. 8 Arkansas Razorbacks.

This SEC game features a pair of two undefeated teams situated inside of the top 10. While most expected the Dawgs to be there, the Hogs have been arguably the most pleasant surprise through the first third of the regular season. It will be the second meeting in as many years between these two teams. This game also features Kirby Smart vs. one of his former assistants in Sam Pittman.

The only real downside to ESPN picking Athens this week is this one kicks off at 12:00 p.m. ET…

If Georgia wins, it will go down as the Dawgs’ second win over a top-10 team at the time of their meeting. Should Arkansas pull off the stunning upset, there is a chance the Razorbacks could challenge the likes of Alabama and Ole Miss in SEC West play this year. Maybe they could get to Atlanta to face Georgia in a conference title bout rematch? This game is way better than expected.

While Georgia should win this one, Arkansas is already officially back under Pittman in year two.
