Philadelphia Eagles fans are trashing Jalen Hurts for throwing awful pick-6 in Monday nightās game against the Dallas Cowboys.Ā
At the start of the third quarter, the Philadelphia Eagles were down to the Dallas Cowboys, 20-7, on Monday Night Football. With a chance to put some points on the board early on in the second half, Eagles QB Jalen Hurts threw his second pick-6 of the night that was returned by Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs for a touchdown.
After Hurtsā jersey sales skyrocketedĀ in Week 1 whenever Philadelphia knocked off the Atlanta Falcons, Eagles fans arenāt happy with his performance in Week 3.
Philadelphia Eagles fans not impressed with Jalen Hurtsā pick-6
Philadelphia sports fans are a hard bunch to keep happy and Hurts isnāt helping things, either. Jalen wasnāt even sure what exactly happened on the throw that was meant for WR DeVonta Smith.
It might be for the best that the game is being played at AT&T Stadium and not Lincoln Financial Field, or else Jalen probably wouldāve been booed off of the field.
Eagles fans arenāt feeling confident in Hurtsā ability to lead the offense. It makes it even worse that the game is against an NFC East rival.
Donāt count out Jalen just yet, but Mondayās game has made it clear that something needs to change on Philadelphiaās offense. Could that mean experimenting with the Eaglesā backup QB if Hurts continues to underperform?
Pending a miracle, Jalen should be careful about showing his face in public in Philly. Eagles fans are ruthless.
