1. Top fantasy football pickups for Week 4 – Bills WR Emmanuel Sanders

Everyone knows that Stefon Diggs is the top receiving weapon for Josh Allen in Buffalo but there were plenty of secondary options for fantasy owners looking for a stake in the Bills’ offense. It looks like that No. 2 receiver job now firmly belongs to Emmanuel Sanders, who had a breakout performance against Washington in Week 3.

Sanders dominated the Washington Football Team’s secondary, catching five-of-six targets for 94 yards and two touchdowns. Allen connected with Sanders early for a nifty 28-yard touchdown and his second spike of the afternoon helped put the game out of reach for Buffalo.

The good news for people looking to add Sanders is that he has a well-defined role in Buffalo’s offense after receiving at least six targets in each of the Bills’ first three games. The floor for Sanders is often something like a 3/45 performance, which is a safe baseline for a flex play, especially in PPR leagues.

Sanders is rostered in just 25 percent of Yahoo leagues and should be a good value add with matchups against Houston, Kansas City and Tennessee on tap in the next three games. Buffalo will be throwing a lot in those games so Sanders figures to vacuum up a lot of targets and hopefully a few spikes to go with them.
