Skip Bayless had an absolutely awful Aaron Rodgers take after SNF comeback win
By John Buhler
Skip Bayless was not that impressed with Aaron Rodgers’ late-game heroics in Week 3.
Even if the Green Bay Packers won on the road on Sunday Night Football, Skip Bayless somehow found a way to criticize Aaron Rodgers in the process.
Rodgers completed 23-of-33 passes for 261 yards and two touchdowns in Green Bay’s thrilling 30-28 victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Entering Week 4, the Packers find themselves atop the NFC North standings. However, Bayless made it a point to mention Rodgers’ struggles in recent NFC Championship games, games Bayless’ Dallas Cowboys have not been to in 25 years.
Green Bay may its issues winning those conference title bouts, but Rodgers is the reigning MVP.

Though the Packers’ Week 1 loss to the New Orleans Saints was awful, they have 14 games left to be played. In the next several weeks, we will have a better feel for how good this year’s Packers team can be. While they may not be Super Bowl-caliber, the first step in the right direction is to win one’s division. From the early returns, the Packers are the favorites to win the NFC North.
Giving Rodgers ammunition rarely works out to those who provide him bulletin-board material.
