Week 4 is here meaning that it is time for some Fantasy Football starts and sits to help win.

Before getting into our traditional format of starts and sits, it’s time we pay our respects to one of the best to ever contribute to the world of Fantasy Football. It was sadly announced Saturday by his wife that FantasyPros’s Mike Tagliere, better known as “Tags,” passed away following a long fight with COVID-19. We want to send love and our condolences to the Tagliere family while remembering the incredible legacy that Tagliere leaves behind.

One of the best Fantasy Football minds ever left this world far too soon and we as a community will be feeling it forever. Tagliere was not only one of the best but helped mold FantasyPros into one of the best websites for fantasy content. Whether it is football, baseball, or another sport, FantasyPros has become a go-to for so many fantasy fans through the year and it never reaches that point without the great Mike Tagliere.

He has a legacy in the world of Fantasy Football that will never be forgotten and we want to take this chance to pay our respects to one of the best to ever do it. Rest in peace, Tags.

The starts and sits for Week 4 are as followed.

Note: Fantasy players like Derrick Henry and Travis Kelce will not be included on this list.

Start

Joe Burrow, CIN, vs. JAX (Thurs.)

After a couple of weeks of some up-and-down play, Burrow is showing that he is a solid streaming option anytime the matchup is favorable. His overall play and necessary need to throw to win for Cincinnatti makes him almost underappreciated in fantasy, as even in the bad matchups he has shown an ability to shine. Roll him out there Thursday night.

Sam Darnold, CAR, @ DAL

Darnold has figured it out thus far in Carolina, showing that his potential coming out of college did not get totally destroyed during his time with the New York Jets. A chance to compete in a high-scoring game against the Dallas Cowboys gives an opportunity for Darnold to shine and show that he may be a weekly starter moving forward.

Taylor Heinicke, WAS, @ ATL

Heinicke is showing that he has streaming potential as the mix of his arm and legs is becoming quite impressive. The quality matchup against the Atlanta Falcons should make him a top stream for Week 4.

Sit

Matt Ryan, ATL, vs. WAS

Hopefully, by now, you have stopped chasing the name and past accolades of Ryan, realizing that his best days are behind him. Washington’s defense has not been up to the standards people predicted at the start of the season but they still have the talent to make this game for Ryan an ugly one. Sit Ryan and protect yourself from failure.

Daniel Jones, NYG, @ NO

Jone has become an option that fantasy owners believe is finally reaching his potential over the first three weeks of the season. His game against the Falcons last week wasn’t necessarily a pretty one but got the job done. The New Orleans Saints presents a far more difficult opponent as they have shown in the past few weeks that they have one of the best defenses around. Sit Jones down but keep him a this seems to be a good year for him.
