It was another fun week for all the winners in fantasy football, but the losers face a make-or-break week. Some bold moves are necessary to get a win.

There were some amazing games for fantasy football owners on Sunday and Monday. Those who held Alexander Mattison as a Dalvin Cook handcuff felt vindicated. It’s not clear when Dalvin Cook is returning, but now that he and Christian McCaffrey are out, for now, it’s causing those with the top two picks in fantasy drafts to get creative with how they deal with their lineups.

This is going to force some fantasy owners who don’t have Mattison or Chuba Hubbard in their lineups to get creative. That’s what this list is here for. Boldness is what wins fantasy leagues, and the information we have received from the NFL will help with that boldness.

There are certain offenses that just seem like stay aways already. The Chicago Bears are a mess, and Justin Fields is not going to save them anytime soon. The New York Jets are in a similar space, and Zach Wilson’s pain is going to hurt that offense as a whole. In fact, it’s really hard to trust any rookie quarterback (bad call by me last week).

This week, it’s time to trust the tried and true players on fantasy teams. There are fantasy players that are facing a make-or-break week. If your team is 1-2 or “gulp” 0-3, it’s already desperation time. Even with a 17-week season, this is a near-impossible hole to dig out of.

5 bold predictions for the fantasy football Week 4 in the NFL.

So, what should the strategy be? For one, go to the same place where you’ve made your money before. The Chiefs.

Bold Prediction 1: The Chiefs become the Chiefs again

The Kansas City Chiefs are one of those 1-2 teams that are in desperation mode. If it wasn’t for a miraculous comeback against the Cleveland Browns, this team would be 0-3 and the league’s analysts would be having a full-on meltdown. Luckily, they pulled out that Week 1 win, and now the conversations are a little different.

Tyreek Hill owners are not happy with his production so far. After an insane Week 1, Hill has failed to break five points in non-PPR leagues in the last two weeks. That changes this week. The Chiefs are going to come with an overwhelming gameplan for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Speaking of players ready to breakout, Travis Kelce doesn’t exactly need to breakout as he’s been fine this season, but he could have a monumental day this week. The Eagles allowed Dalton Schultz to score two touchdowns against them. What is Kelce going to do?

The running back position is a little less sturdy. Clyde Edwards-Helaire fumbled after the best output he had all season. That isn’t good for his fantasy outlook. Maybe still with the pass catchers when it comes to fantasy this week.

Patrick Mahomes is going to go ballistic this week. He always does when people start to doubt him. Expect north of 350 yards and three touchdowns at a minimum.
