Monday Night Football: Is Manning cast on tonight, October 4th
Will the fan-favorite Monday Night Football Manning cast be on tonight?
One of the biggest early highlights so far in the 2021 NFL season has been the Monday Night Football Manningcast. In an alternate stream on ESPN2, brothers Peyton and Eli Manning invite viewers into their homes as they watch and react to the game together. The broadcast is a weekly star studded event with a guest in each quarter and is always a ton of fun.
Is Manning cast on for Raiders vs Chargers Week 4
Unfortunately for fans of the Manningcast, there will not be one for tonight’s Las Vegas Raiders vs. Los Angeles Chargers Monday Night Football game.
Fans will be without the beloved Mannings for the next three weeks, with the Manning brothers set to return to televisions October 25, in Week 7 when the Seattle Seahawks host the New Orleans Saints.
Why isn’t Manning cast on for Raiders vs Chargers?
When ESPN developed the idea for the alternate Manning broadcast, both the company and the Mannning’s only agreed to 10 broadcast a season in the contract. Meaning the brothers would only join fans for 10 of the 17 Monday Night Football matchups.
With this year being the launching of the Manningcast, it was rather unknown how it would be received. Three weeks in and it is clear fans love it as the rating continue to improve. The broadcast is comical, knowledgeable and just an overall casual viewing of football with two great quarterbacks and their many famous friends. The success bodes well since the Manning’s are signed on to do this until at least the 2023 season.
