Brittany Matthews calls out refs, chews out Chiefs fan on Twitter during SNF

Brittany Matthews keeps blaming the referees over how bad the Kansas City Chiefs are.
Five weeks into the 2021 NFL season, and the two-time defending AFC Champion Kansas City Chiefs look like dog food.
When a team has an identical 2-3 record like the rebuilding Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles, that’s not great. This defense is reminiscent to the Big 12 defense that backed up Patrick Mahomes horrendously at Texas Tech under Kliff Kingsbury. All the while, his fiancee Brittany Matthews is blaming the referees for why the Chiefs got utterly destroyed by the Buffalo Bills.
This is not the first time Matthews has ripped the officials over Twitter, and it won’t be the last.
This is becoming a weekly thing. The refs sucked all around for both teams [and overall this season] but I don't see family members of other starting QBs complain this much.

Now, she is telling long-time Chiefs fans to “shut up” as the frustration continues to mount.

It has been a beautiful ride for Mahomes during his first four years in the league, but this is how the other half lives. For somebody to be good, somebody has to be bad. Five weeks into the season, the Chiefs are bringing up the rear in the AFC West. They could still be a playoff team, but they are looking like a Wild Card team that gets knocked out immediately by a division winner.
Adversity is an inevitability in life, but how one responds to it is a reflection of one’s character.
