The ALCS will have the Boston Red Sox facing the Houston Astros and the schedule is set for the series with both teams eyeing a trip to the World Series.

With a 10-1 win on Tuesday, the Houston Astros punched their ticket to the ALCS, defeating the White Sox 3-1 in the ALDS. Awaiting them will be the Boston Red Sox, who advanced out of the Wild Card game to topple the World Series favorites out of the American League, the Tampa Bay Rays.

It’s going to be a terrific series between the Astros and Red Sox for the ALCS, one that will begin in Houston for the first two games. The championship series also means we progress from the best-of-5 series to a best-of-7 series now, raising the stakes for a team to punch their ticket to the World Series.

This will also be a rematch of the 2018 ALCS that ultimately led to Boston winning it all.

Here’s how the 2021 ALCS schedule shakes out:

Plus, with the history of Boston manager Alex Cora with the Houston organization, it should be a fun one for MLB fans to take in with the right to go to the World Series on the line.
