A pair of unbeaten SEC East teams are set to clash in Athens as the Georgia Bulldogs welcome the Kentucky Wildcats to town.
Kentucky is off to a phenomenal year and could truly disrupt things in the SEC this season. The Wildcats have seemed like unlikely winners, but they’re boasting a 6-0 record as they roll into Athens this week.
Meanwhile, Georgia’s offense is firing on all cylinders and it doesn’t really seem to matter who is throwing the ball around for the Bulldogs. On top of that, UGA’s defense is incredibly formidable. This unit is stout and seems capable of stopping anyone and everyone.
This year has been full of chaos and upsets. Will we see Mark Stoops find a way to upend Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs or will Georgia put a bit of a damper on Kentucky’s special season?

It’s not totally clear how healthy Georgia quarterback JT Daniels is. According to a report from Dawgs Daily, Kirby Smart compared Daniels’ workload at practice to a “pitch count.” He’s still dealing with a lat injury that has hindered him for the past few weeks and who knows how much he’ll play this week.
