6. Henry Ruggs III, Las Vegas Raiders

Henry Ruggs III is having the best season of his young career, yet there is still upside for much more in this offense. Though the Raiders are playing against a stingy Denver defense, Ruggs III will be factored heavily into the game plan in an important divisional game.

We’ve seen what Ruggs III can do on his best days. He put up a 5-113-1 line against Pittsburg in Week 2, so the potential is always there for him to blow up on any given week. Start him this week in a tough divisional game where he will be heavily involved.

5. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals

In his first game back from injury, Tee Higgins saw seven targets from Joe Burrow. He picked back up right where he left off as a consistent, reliable target for the Bengals. Higgins has a vanilla matchup this week against Detroit, where he should have no problems getting open, especially with extra attention going towards Ja’Marr Chase.

I like Higgins as a startable low-end WR2/Flex this week, due to his seemingly stable floor every time he’s on the field.
