This Thursday, WWE is going to be live from Saudi Arabia for WWE Crown Jewel. After canceling the annual event in 2020, WWE has a stacked card to celebrate their return.
WWE will have the payoff matches to their Queen’s Crown and King of the Ring tournaments. The King of the Ring Finals, which will be between Finn Balor and Xavier Woods, is a showcase of two online wrestling fan favorites.
Meanwhile, the Queen’s Crown Final is a massive deal. WWE has been the first wrestling organization to bring women’s wrestling into Saudi Arabia, and this will be the first Saudi card to feature two separate women’s matches, with a diverse cast of women being showcased. The Queen’s Crown tournament as a whole has been treated as a joke, but the payoff is still a big deal.
Goldberg may not have the best track record of matches in Saudi Arabia, but it is a big deal anytime he returns to the ring. In a rematch of Summerslam, he will be having another match with Bobby Lashley, except this time, to avenge the attack on his son, it will be a no-holds-barred match.
Of course, the match everyone is excited for is the main event, which will be Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against a returning Brock Lesnar. Reigns, who has been the hottest superstar in the WWE as of lately, has been making his way through the biggest names in the company recently, and Lesnar is the next name on his list.
