It was a nasty night at Levi’s Stadium for Sunday Night Football but one 49ers fan was dressed perfectly for the typical football weather.

For some San Francisco 49ers fans, even heading to Levi’s Stadium for Sunday Night Football against the Colts would’ve been too much. With rain pouring and a steady 9-10 mph wind blowing, it was one of those nights that some would say wouldn’t be ideal for going to an NFL game.

Others, however, recognize the true heroes willing to brave the elements and real football weather to see the game.

Some people showed up covered head-to-toe in ponchos or jackets. But one fan truly got it right with his attire for the game, donning a swim cap and goggles while going shirtless.

At least one 49ers fan understood the assignment dressing for football weather

If you’re basically going to be underwater for the next three hours, you’ve gotta dress for it, right?

That’s some dedication to the 49ers right there. And perhaps the best part is that he’s rocking his attire with a San Francisco jersey draped over his shoulder. That would just take away the full experience of football weather if he were wearing it, though.

Unfortunately for this true fan and the rest of the Niners faithful at Levi’s Stadium, the team wasn’t necessarily making their trip into the elements worthwhile as the 49ers trailed the Colts 20-12 going into the fourth quarter on Sunday night.
