Draymond Green shared plans to toast to his teammate Steph Curry’s success, but he’s once again doing it on Joe Lacob’s dime.

Stephen Curry was given the incredible honor of inclusion on the NBA’s 75th-Anniversary team last week and his longtime teammate is ready to celebrate.

Per ESPN, Green made his plans known at Warriors’ practice on Monday, saying, “Steph just made the 75th-anniversary team so y’all can call Joe this time and tell Joe that we about to go order a bottle of DRC because Steph made the 75th-anniversary team. And Klay’s 77.”

For those among us who aren’t particularly wine-savvy, DRC refers to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche. Depending on the vintage, a bottle can run you (or in this case Joe Lacob) several thousand dollars including as much as $10,000 for a bottle from 1955.

This isn’t the first time Draymond Green has made Joe Lacob pick up the tab

Lacob and the Warriors have paid Green nearly $130 million dollars over his 10-year career. But Lacob is a billionaire and Green has taken advantage of that before. He famously put a bottle on Lacob’s tab last season, after Curry passed Wilt Chamberlain on the all-time scoring list. Although he reportedly did text and make sure it was okay first.

The Warriors are one of the last undefeated teams in the NBA this season and have been winning games even without Klay Thompson or their bench firing on all cylinders. If they keep winning the tough games, they’ll be a legit championship contender and Lacob could be staring at another enormous celebratory bar tab this summer.
