10. Texas A&M Aggies

It was a bye week for the Aggies. However, it was a bye week in which they should benefit from. With multiple teams losing in front of them, the Aggies should climb in the rankings and could be on the doorstep of breaking into the top 10. Ever since the win over Alabama, Texas A&M is rolling.

The story of the Aggies season will ultimately be decided in the next two weeks. Games against Auburn and Ole Miss are on tap. If the Aggies can survive both, they can start looking toward playing in a major bowl game this season.

9. Wake Forest Demon Deacons

There’s a interesting story out in the ACC and not enough people are discussing it. The Wake Forest Demon Deacons are undefeated. They’re also rolling up plenty of points in a conference that is having a down year. Wake Forest blasted Duke 45-7 on Saturday.

The big question right now is what happens if the ACC has an undefeated team? The knee jerk reaction is the Deacons might not get in due to the fact the conference is having an incredibly down year. Right now, they deserve to be a top 10 team until someone says otherwise.
