Kenneth Walker III powered Michigan State to a huge rivalry victory over Michigan with a performance full of Heisman moments.

The only difficulty there is deciding which of his five touchdowns qualifies as “The Heisman Moment.”
The Michigan State running back was unstoppable in the rivalry game. He got better and better as the battle went on, ultimately racking up 197 yards to go along with his handful of scores.

He's talisman on his team—unlike others—and he came up with big plays when his team needed them. That's what a running back used to be in football.
Hell of a showing by Michigan State. Mel Tucker is the Coach of the Year. Kenneth Walker III is the Heisman leader.

The key to winning the Heisman is pairing dominant stats with memorable moments in the biggest games. Walker delivered both on Saturday, leaving no question about his candidacy.
Walker made his statement, now he needs to follow through with consistently strong performances as the regular season winds down. He’ll have other opportunities to impress voters along the way.
