Michigan State running back Kenneth Walker III was the talk of the town after a Heisman performance vs. Michigan. Russell Wilson even took notice.
Kenneth Walker III made a Heisman statement on the football field on Saturday. By the time he got back to his phone, he had some big-time names in his mentions.
One of those singing Walker’s praises was Russell Wilson, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks.
Granted, Wilson only needed a few characters to express his admiration for the Michigan State running back.
Russell Wilson gave a big shoutout to Kenneth Walker III and he responded
Kenneth Walker III.

So Walker kept it simple in replying.

Walker’s goal this season is to win the Heisman Trophy and he got a whole lot closer to accomplishing that mission against Michigan.
The running back found the endzone five times while rushing for 197 yards. He was the driving force behind Michigan State’s comeback against their bitter rivals with big plays at all the right moments.
He can look forward to more praise from other big names in sports if he keeps on running like he has this year. He has 1,194 yards and 14 touchdowns on the season with plenty more games to go to increase his stat totals.
