Packers defense holds on despite official interference

Kyler Murray is a regular on this list, and not for the right reasons. Murray is a smaller quarterback, so he’s often tossed around by opposing defenders. Not to be mean — but when he goes down, Murray goes down hard.

But on Thursday night against Green Bay, Murray and the Cardinals received the benefit of a spot. Arizona was gifted a first down in the red zone when…well, it wasn’t even close.

Language, Warren!

He’s not wrong, though. In a close game late, the officials just gifted the Cardinals a first down in the red zone. Thankfully, as my headline suggests, the ball never lies, so the Packers were able to win anyways. Having Aaron Rodgers on your team is a wonderful thing.
