The Cavs went into Madison Square Garden and blew out the Knicks on Sunday, so the team’s Twitter account just had to troll New York fans.

Whenever the New York Knicks are good, it’s better for the NBA and for fans. Not only is it just great to have one of the most passionate fanbases in the league locked in and making things better but it also allows other teams to have their fun with the Knicks as well. Just ask the Cleveland Cavaliers.

On Sunday, the Cavs visited Madison Square Garden and the upstart group from The Land put a hurting on the home team with a 126-109 victory that moves Cleveland to 7-4 on the season.

With the win notched, though, the Cavs Twitter account decided to have troll the Knicks and their fans a bit by using their own rally cry for the 2021 season against them.

Cavs troll Knicks fans on Twitter with ‘Bing Bong’ rally cry

This probably won’t be the last “Bing Bong” related troll job that we see from other NBA teams this season.

Having said that, the Cavs have reason to be riding high after a win over the Knicks.

Not only does the victory give Cleveland a small bit of early-season separation in the jam-packed Eastern Conference but they also saw tremendous performances Ricky Rubio (career-high 37 points and 10 assists) along with a 26-9-5 line from rookie Evan Mobley.

If this is what the young Cavaliers are already showing, they could be in line to do something quite impressive this season. Let’s just hope the team’s Twitter account keeps this same hilarious energy.
